Ondo State Government have called off the restriction of movements for Easter Sunday to enable Christians worship in their various churches.
The ban on religious activities was earlier place as a means to help prevents the spread of the coronavirus disease.
Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) after its meeting on Tuesday, said the leaders of the association and Governor Rotimi Akeredolu had agreed to ease the restriction to allow church services hold in churches on Easter Sunday.
Mr Donald Ojogo the state Commissioner for Information confirmed this statement on Wednesday.
Also a task force will be going round to observe compliance. All churches are to provide supplies that will help stop the spread the virus such as running water and soap along with hand sanitizer.
